Vision

Modern, open to changes and environment, constantly learning organization which is eager to support learning needs and expectations of Panevezys community. The organization also helps to create, learn and develop.

Mission

To provide high-quality service which is accessible to different target groups and orient to the needs of Panevezys and Lithuania, international cooperation and development of educational system.

Strategic goals:

1. To seek for the higher educational quality of Panevezys schools and culture by developing and extending professional, general and intercultural competencies of their members.
2. To create sustainable adult non-formal and continuous educational system in Panevezys.

Creativity. The Centre is open to novelty as well as creation and application of knowledge in all spheres of education by accepting challenges as new possibilities for the success.

Activities of the Centre include:

• organizing seminars, lectures, conferences and other events,
• sharing experience,
• coordinating the methodological activities,
• consulting the teachers who are preparing the educational and methodological material,
• sharing the information about the competitions, projects and other events,
• creating the database of the teachers’ needs,
• preparing and implementing the EU and other projects,
• initiating and organizing professional development and master‘s degree studies,
• researching activity improvement possibilities,
• supporting and developing information database (e.g. library, internet, educational bank, and etc.)
